Our 5th chakra is our Throat Chakra, which rules communication and the confidence we have when conveying our thoughts and feelings to others. This develops from age seven until early adulthood, continuing to mature throughout our lives. The throat chakra concerns our speech, truthfulness, integrity, creativity, and hearing.
